Where do I come from?

I am from northern Germany, even though people in Hamburg, where I live now, would probably not say that Hanover is still part of northern Germany. Maybe south-northern Germany? My dual studies taught me a lot about the strategic and operational side of business. Then I ended up in an advertising film production company, where I not only waded through storm surges and rode camels through the Egyptian desert, but above all got to know many different characters, professions and places. I then worked in various brand and strategy agencies, founded my own video production company, gained experience in the corporate and start-up world and was a lecturer for the economy for the common good, interview & language and conception of moving images.

My master's degree focused on sustainable business on a planetary and social level. Strategy consulting was therefore the next logical step for me to think about change from the ground up. Since then, I have been helping people to find the right structure, culture and (self-)leadership in organizations and to critically question the status quo.

At KUP, I want to be a critical friend to organizations and the people who shape them and put them on the path to sustainable work.

What drives me?

Organizations are major social levers. I am driven by the desire to shape them sustainably, for the planet, but also for the people who shape these organizations. This requires a holistic view of the organization and a culture that creates a regenerative working environment.

What's my strategy?

I have always been enthusiastic about working at interfaces where people, perspectives and knowledge come together. With curiosity, lots of (critical) questions, courage and empathy, new things are created here.
