Your area of responsibilityYou compile comprehensive information on companies, acting stakeholders, markets, trends and industries. You will use company data, press releases, market analyses and current events to conduct desktop research.
Your tasks• You will be responsible for analyzing, researching and documenting our clients' organizational status, brand perception, business processes and sustainability footprint
• You conduct market research and desktop research on company data, industry trends, competition and customer needs through
• You analyze data and documents provided by clients for key questions in the strategy process and develop insights for strategy development

Your competences• You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, communications or related studies or have a comparable qualification

Your tasksYou will work in our team on current client projects, independently conduct research and analyses, develop problem-solving approaches and support the conception and implementation of client presentations and workshops. You may also have an affinity for sales/acquisition and develop your own sales strategies or expand existing ones and independently manage acquisition processes. To support our activities, we are looking for reinforcement in office management on a mini-job or part-time basis. The position is designed for 15 hours per week, with flexible working hours by arrangement. Your aim should be to create an all-round positive atmosphere. This allows our employees and customers to develop creative ideas undisturbed and feel completely at ease. As an office all-rounder, you will structure the daily routines, provide support in coordination and organization and be the first point of contact for your colleagues. You also ensure that the office is equipped with everything it needs and are a real organizational talent with an eye for detail.
Your tasks:• Preparation and organization of customer events, workshops and meetings
• Preparation & follow-up of the conference rooms
• Support in general administration, document management and filing
• Scheduling, correspondence (mail, telephone), ordering
