Where do I come from?

I grew up in the Austrian mountains. So extremes have always appealed to me. However, I preferred sailing to mountaineering and therefore spent my school years mainly on the water. I didn't become a professional sailor, but with less sea and a lot more lecture halls, I started looking for a new identity. As a balance to university, I ended up back in the mountains, where I collected altitude meters instead of points. Then I drifted back to the water towards Hamburg for a semester abroad. I had already studied psychology and sport in Innsbruck. After graduating, I supported people psychologically and professionally in their job search. I quickly realized that counselling is great. My penchant for extremes eventually led me into management consultancy and finally to K'UP, where I'm looking forward to a new and exciting journey. Extremes included.

What drives me?
Helping people and companies to grow beyond themselves. As healthy and sustainable as possible. Challenges inspire me, as does the exchange with interesting people. I love extremes and enjoy testing my limits - on a racing bike or sailing boat, but also on the sofa with a good book.

What is my strategy?
Good preparation paired with a pinch of gut instinct and improvisation skills. In my sailing career, one thing became particularly clear to me: even the best plan can fail. Adaptation and flexibility are essential for lasting success.
