Corporate Design
Where do I come from?
Born in Saarbrücken in 1982, I studied Business Administration at Saarland University. In 2008, I founded a visual communication studio at the university’s start-up center.
In 2011, I moved to Berlin and launched MYP Magazine—a non-commercial culture and society magazine in which my team and I continue to feature inspiring personalities through in-depth interviews and photo essays. Building on the magazine, I founded MYP Media in 2019: a collective of creatives dedicated to the holistic development of brands.
I have been working with K’UP in various roles since late 2011. Initially, as a brand strategist, I was responsible for Brand Experience. Today, I translate the brand strategies developed at K’UP into visual identities.
What drives me?
I am fascinated by people and their stories. Over the years, I have conducted hundreds of interviews as an editor with my MYP team and have realized numerous photo series, commercials, branded content videos, and a documentary as an author, director, and creative director. More recently, I developed a series concept for an ARD broadcaster. And sometimes, my work even takes me into the realm of video art.
What is my strategy?
Still the same one I learned on my very first day at K’UP: personality is key.
