For more than 40 years, Martin worked in the banking and financial sector—from trainee to bank executive—both domestically and internationally. His career spans private banking, corporate banking, and investment banking, always with a strong focus on supporting family businesses and family entrepreneurs. In addition, he is engaged in non-profit initiatives in elite sports, education, and international relations with the Baltic states.
