Where do I come from?

Not only can I milk cows, I can also change car tires and name five tractor brands off the top of my head. Growing up on a farm in the heart of Altmühltal with three wild siblings, I played with cows, counted sheep before falling asleep, studied the personal ads in the local newspaper "Wochenblatt” and did cartwheels in flower meadows and on horsebacks.

It was often idyllic, sometimes very chaotic and, after 18 years, incredibly boring. Especially the personal ads.

So I went to Berlin - for my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social and Business Communication at the University of the Arts. Country air turned into city air and very soon into world exploration.

World, that was: Berlin, Chile, Austria, Canada and Berlin again. This included: co-creatingf a social business and participating in the Start Up Incubator in Santiago de Chile, marketing management in the NEM sector in Vienna and Montreal as well as founding and managing a small brand agency called Goldhain back in Berlin.

As a business developer at K'UP, I am the driving force behind the company's growth - identifying new opportunities, building partnerships and finding innovative ways forward.

What drives me?

People. Because when people connect and share ideas, space is created for new and unexpected things. Encounters become partnerships and thoughts become reality.

And in private? Whether it's brunch, taco-night or, more recently, toddler parties - in my private life, I love being a hostess and bringing the hustle and bustle of my childhood back to my old Berlin building.
